He has successfully tried over 100 jury trials as lead counsel.

Molly Weathington is a Founding Partner and Managing Partner at Weathington, LLC. Her litigation and trial practice focuses primarily on hospitals, physicians and other healthcare institutions in actions alleging professional negligence, as well as product liability actions.

Heather McGrotty is a Partner in the Medical Malpractice Defense Practice at Weathington, LLC. Heather has been defending doctors and hospitals in actions alleging medical malpractice and wrongful death almost her entire career.
