Heather Toolin has been practicing Interior Design for over 20 years. She received her Bachelors of Science in Interior Design from The University of Texas at Austin. She has extensive training in both commercial and residential design. She works on projects with a wide range of budgets but is mostly known for her high-end clientele and luxury design. She has done projects all over the world and is regarded as a professional expert in the design community.
