Parenters is a trusted, central resource for families seeking personalized guidance. We support and educate families by connecting parents to experienced family advisers. Our goal is to deliver actionable advice and provide direction tailored to each unique need.
Our Founder
Annie has been driven to work with children and support families for as long as she can remember. She has seven years of experience as a babysitter and full-time nanny, in addition to four years of experience working as an Assistant Teacher in preschools. Annie was trained as an America Reads tutor and worked as an educational assistant for Reach Educational Services, a non-profit dedicated to providing support to children of all capabilities.
She graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology. After a successful venture into the world of corporate finance, Annie decided she wanted to return to a career supporting children and families.
While looking for an opportunity to help families on an individual level, Annie was reminded of the positive impact proper guidance has on families when delivered by an experienced, trusted resource. Annie recognized that she could use her expertise to simplify the search process by finding and vetting family advisers for busy parents to turn to anytime they seek guidance – thus Parenters was launched.
