Our boxing gym specializes in helping men and women with doctor-diagnosed Parkinson's disease to train and help them to manage their Parkinson's symptoms. We use non-contact, boxing-inspired workouts where we use strength training, heavy bags, speed bags, eye work, hand work and foot work to train each individual's body. We start with an assessment to determine your current fitness level and abilities, then you move on to an orientation where you will have an introductory class.
