Raised and educated in Bakersfield, Raymond worked in the oil business for twenty years as a manager, and spent three years as a project manager with a local construction company. Seeking a challenge and a greater involvement with the community, Dobbs entered the real estate profession, specializing in residential sales. He has extensive training and completed numerous courses, seminars, and workshops on everything from finance and marketing to effective sales strategies in today's complex marketplace.
