I work with teens struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, family issues, and marginalization. I believe that parent/caregiver involvement and support is critical to every child's recovery. I use a therapeutic modality called Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT) which is a structured, emotion-focused model designed to repair the foundational trust between parents and their children. I meet with both the parents and the child in dedicated weekly therapy sessions, giving parents the tools to truly understand and support their child throughout their child's recovery
