Wellspring, established as The Bangor Half-way House in 1965, is a private non-profit agency providing professional substance abuse assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to adults and adolescents regardless of race, ethnicity, sex, religion, political affiliation, marital status, physical, sexual orientation or mental handicap, or ability to pay.
