In 2016 it began as Sip N’ Stencil Parties. In September 2018 we opened Two Swallows Boutique & Reclaimed Pallet Works. And yes, we still host private parties and workshops! We still have some of the same beautiful items, but have added a gorgeous boutique adjacent to J.C. Pallet Company, Inc.
