I have struggled many times trying to find the right place to get fit and exercise. Till a good friend of mine who is also a instructor told me about I Love Kickboxing!!! I have never felt so welcomed, encouraged or motivated in my entire life. Honestly going to a gym in the past I have always been discouraged and embarrassed and it pushes me away from the gym. I Love Kickboxing is amazing in so ways. The instructors are very motivating and encouraging and help you every step of the way to achieve & master your goals. It's also a fun environment and keeps you pumped up!!! If your looking to change your life and get into shape this is the place for you!!! #ilovekickboxingisamazing

ILKB is the BEST fitness studio I have ever been to, and the only one that I get excited to go to every time! After a very intense first class I knew that this was going to be the life change that I needed and I immediately signed that dotted line to became a member. More and more classes are opening up as they move past the soft opening of this location and it is beginning to fit perfectly with my schedule. ILKB is perfect for all skill levels - just expect to be exhausted after class! What I love about ILKB is that all the instructors are skilled and very motivating. I am always greeted by my first name the moment I walk into the door. They take the time during classes to explain the moves to first-timers without taking away from the workouts of more skilled individuals. I love these classes and I LOVE the changes I have seen in my body and in my overall energy. I would HIGHLY recommend ILKB to anyone interested.

Great workout with awesome instructors who have high energy and positive motivation! Any level of fitness can do it, but it will get you sweating! I look forward to this healthy journey I just started with this ilovekickboxing crew.

The coaches are amazing and the workout is great. Can't wait for my next class !!! So glad I became a member!
