About

Founder and Director Andrew Lesce has nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, multiple credentials, and qualifications across the country. Andrew is a licensed real estate agent in NJ and FL, a state-licensed instructor and licensed life insurance agent in NY and NJ, as well as a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in 13 states. He brings an engaging style to his passion of sharing and teaching others what he has learned, with real life stories, humor and personality and is second to none (seriously, read reviews from students and colleagues). He opened Advanced Creative Learning (ACL) School of Real Estate to not only impart technical knowledge of the rules and regulations but to expose students to real-world applications and examples with a focus on moral and ethical conduct. Guest speakers from the industry will also contribute to your understanding of the entire process. Andrew’s goal is preparing each student to pass the tests with a thorough understanding of the material (not merely memorizing it) and will also provide true working knowledge by showing how to qualify buyers, how to write and understand contracts and review the Multiple Listing Service. Fostering standards of excellence and integrity, Andrew and Advanced Creative Learning School of Real Estate are focused on providing students with a foundation to accomplish their personal and professional goals as qualified real estate professionals
