Established in 2014, and formerly known as Gaetano's Batavia, Wendy Reed presents, “VERITÁ” meaning “Truth” in Italian. Inspired by the Roman myth of VERITAS. The truth is in our food. Each dish is carefully made to order, with the freshest ingredients, and hand crafted pasta, we offer fresh fish and seafood, aged steaks and homemade desserts. We offer options for all dietary restrictions, such as gluten free, dairy free, vegan, and vegetarian. We also feature tasting menus with wine pairings to embellish each dish. Many of our excellent dishes are prepared in our wood fired oven, imported from Italy. We look forward to serving you and giving you a superior dining experience!
