HealthSource West Clermont is a School Based Health Center that also serves the entire community. The services provided at HealthSource West Clermont include primary medical care, vision services, and dentistry to any West Clermont School District student, school district staff, and the entire community. The school-based health center is open Monday through Friday and will remain open during school breaks including the summer. You don't need to live in the West Clermont District or have a child enrolled at West Clermont Schools to use the West Clermont SBHC - it is open to the public.
