Dr. Breaux is a graduate of LSU and LSU Medical Center. He completed his Residency there in 1981. He is Board Certified in Otolaryngology and Otolarygic Allergy. He helped pioneer the teaching of endoscopic sinus surgery in this area. He served as Chief of Staff of Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. He served in the U.S. Army Reserve Medical Corps. His areas of interest include disorders of the nose, allergy, treatment of scuba divers and care of the professional voice. Dr. Breaux has been married to Carolyn since 1977 and has a daughter, Jennifer B. McHam and a son, Jack L. Breaux, III, MD. He enjoys hunting, fishing, woodworking and a little golf. He and Carolyn attend First Presbyterian Church.
