At Fit In 30 Studio of Battle Creek, we are supportive, encouraging and we truly want to help you reach your personal goals. You do not need to be fit to start. Fit is a term used far too much to mean skinny. We are all fit in our own personal way. If you are moving and building muscle then you are getting more “fit” each day.
