Ilovekickboxing has changed my life. I was very nervous when i first signed up, i had absolutely no experience and wasn't the least bit fit. After my first class i felt amazing and signed up for a year and it has been the best decision of my life. The instructors are awesome, friendly, caring, helpful and so much fun. I've met so many great people as well. I definitely wouldn't be where I'm at if it weren't for ILKB and i am forever grateful. if you're looking for a new fun way to lose some weight or even tone up, then look no further because this place is the best.

I have been an ILoveKickboxing member now for a little over a year. These classes have gotten me into the best shape of my life. The classes are far from easy but you definitely get a full body workout every time. The instructors are very friendly, encouraging and approachable. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to lose weight and tone up while learning self defense and having fun.
