Amanda Burgin joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in 2018, following a career as an airline pilot and flight instructor.
A graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with Bachelor of Science degree in professional aeronautics, Amanda holds Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses plus life insurance licenses in South Carolina, Georgia and Virginia.
Amanda understands that purposeful investing requires both prudent investment selection and disciplined behavior, and she can recommend carefully selected investment products that support clients' goals for retirement planning, education funding, asset management and more. And because risk management is an essential part of a financial plan, Amanda frequently helps clients develop a cost-effective insurance strategy to manage risks to their financial well-being.
Active in her community, Amanda is affiliated with the Rotary Club of Beaufort, the Leadership Beaufort Class of 2018 and the Beaufort Aviation Association.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family.
