Dr. Phillip LeBlanc, a life long resident of Beaumont, graduated from Lamar University with a Bachelors of Science in Biology. He then pursued his dream of healthcare education at Texas Chiropractic College. He graduated in 2002 with a Doctorate of Chiropractic and Acupuncture certification. He completed hospital rotations in orthopedics and neurology at University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and a rheumatology rotation at the VA Hospital in downtown Houston.
