Ag-Pro Companies announced the acquisition of 11 John Deere dealerships in South Texas to become one of the largest John Deere dealers in the nation.
With the purchase of South Texas Implement and Tractor City, Ag-Pro made an expansion that will allow the company to serve a wider base of customers, from the consumer to large corporate farms.
The combined company will have $650 million in annualized sales and employ 700 people. The expansion will allow Ag-Pro to have a deeper commitment to provide the best products and greater buying power to deliver value to small business and enterprise farmers in South Texas.
