Kiley Faires, FNP, is a board-certified internal medicine nurse practitioner who sees patients 18 years and older. She provides preventative care, including annual wellness exams, well-woman exams, vaccinations, pre-employment exams and school and sports physicals. She specializes in managing minor illnesses and injuries, cold and flu symptoms, and chronic conditions, including asthma, allergies, anxiety, COPD, depression, diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, high cholesterol, thyroid disease, tobacco use and urinary tract infections.
