T.J. Graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry at Santa Clara University in 1984. After serving over 5 years as a U.S. Naval Officer, Submarine Qualified. T.J. returned home to Oregon to attend law school. Graduating from Lewis and Clark’s Northwestern School of Law in Portland, Oregon.
