Bentleyville Family Practice Center has been part of the Centerville Clinics network since 1982. The Center offers convenient appointments for Family Practice medicine. Centerville Clinics is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), a non-profit community based health organization. An FQHC provides comprehensive primary care, dental and mental health services to people in all spectrums of their life. Centerville Clinics also assists patients to access specialty and hospital care services not available at the center.
