Theresa A. Stella, MT, specializes in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, pregnancy massage, sports massage, medical massage, aromatherapy, and chair massage.

In addition to her position at Summit Health, Ms. Stella is an on-call massage therapist with the New York Jets Football Team. She has practiced with East Hanover Chiropractic in East Hanover, New Jersey, Whippany Chiropractic in Whippany, New Jersey, and Working Hands, Inc, also in Whippany. 

Ms. Stella's inspiration to become a massage therapist began when she helped her son during his leukemia treatment. "I am a volunteer leader for the Freedom Fields Farm 4-H Club," she says, "where I enjoy teaching teens and younger children about horses and farm animals."
