Our services
Helwig Health and Diabetes Center helps patients with diabetes live healthy lives. Our certified diabetes educators, who are registered nurses and dietitians, provide individual and small-group education for people of all ages. The classes provide opportunities to get to know others who are learning to live well with diabetes, including education about prediabetes management, type 1 self-management, type 2 self-management, follow-up care and intensive management.
We offer the following services:
