I am in a solo practice providing psychotherapy services in Billings, MT.
My passion is to provide insight-oriented trauma treatment for those who suffer from Posttraumatic Stress (PTS) and Posttraumtic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I integrate several therapeutic approaches when addressing each individual to ensure individualized care. I am trained in EMDR, AEDP, Solution-Focused, Townsend-Cloud and EFT-C therapy and ISTDP models. I recognize the importance in providing a relational space for clients to explore and grow.
I provide a safe and comfortable space to address the underlying issues and current emotional reactivity a person may be experiencing.
I also provide treatment for other anxiety disorders and mood disorders such as depression.
It is my goal to educate clients about mental health issues, relieve current distress and to provide tools to empower them to live fuller more satisfying lives.
