Sigler's Rotisserie opened October 1996 by Chef/Owner Michael Sigler and wife, Shirley Sigler. Featuring a state of the art open kitchen and a world-class rotisserie, Sigler's soon became the talk of Bluffton and the Lowcountry. In the early days, Sigler's served items exclusively from the rotisserie, such as Duckling, Prime Rib, Rack of Pork, Tenderloin of Beef, and Chicken. In 1998, we changed our name to Sigler's Rotisserie & Seafood in order to expand the menu to include our abundance of local seafood.
