I can't say enough about this...I've finally found a workout that kicks my ass every time but is fun while doing it..the awesome instructors are the key, they not only make the class fun, but, they are always there with encouragement and helping make sure you are doing things right to get maximum benefit...after just a few weeks, I started seeing results, definition and tone and more energy which only makes me want to keep going...there's no judgment here, only support and encouragement and that kick in the ass when you need it, from the minute you walk in the door, until I'm not sure, because I'm still getting it from the amazing team and members...

I love kickboxing changed my life for the better! I hated working out and now I love it! The staff is so welcoming and so are the members! I’ve lost a total of 30lbs since I became a member! If I can do it, anyone can!

Absolutely cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is!! This is the hardest thing that I have ever done that I love!! The trainers are so supportive and welcoming, and all the members are too. We are all invested in each other and it's wonderful. I have been going for a little over a month now and have already lost 11" overall, and 3" just in my waist. I have so much more energy, feel so much more focused and feel so strong and confident!! It has completely changed my life!

I joined 4 months ago and absolutely love going to class. It is always a different workout and it kicks your butt every time. You always have an instructor there to help when ever you need it.

This place is AWESOME! I decided a few months ago that I was going to set out on a journey to find a better version of myself, I stumbled along ILKB and will never look back. Every class I push myself harder and harder. The music pulses through my veins and sweat begins to pour. Not once have I felt judged due to my weight, or poor excuses for burpees. The instructors are so encouraging, when you walk through the door you are surrounded by friends. I have become addicted and can't wait for my next class!

Here's what I can tell you about Boardman ILKB: you will literally feel a difference in your body with EVERY class you attend! Not only is a great workout in a short amount of time, but the instructors keep it fun and lively! Working out sometimes stinks, but they will keep you focused and having a good time. And it doesn't matter what your fitness level is.....you will be able to modify as needed. So if you are wondering if you should do it, I'd say stop wondering-now is the time!!

Best decision I ever made! I wanted to do something that would not let me get bored and this is it! The staff and Classes are fun and intense! I have never walked out of there not sweating my butt off! I would recommend kickboxing and the studio to anyone! I am glad I am doing this and I think this may be the best stress reliever I have ever used!

iLoveKickboxing is the BEST!!! I can't say enough good things about this place. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and so nice! The workout you get is amazing! Try it and you will be hooked!
