I have a luxury vacation home for rent at Kissimmee, but I’m having a hard time keeping up with the upkeep. I live too far from that property, and I’m far too busy with personal affairs. During showings, they took care of everything from scheduling to staging. They even walked me through the home to see if everything was to my liking. When it came to choosing a tenant, I was pleasantly surprised at how strict their process was. They conducted different background checks and kept me in the loop throughout the entire time. That tenant has been with us for more than two years now. Each year, they also provide me with a report on my property’s performance. That’s also when we sit down to decide if we should raise the rent. I’ve left that decision to them since I have complete trust in my property managers.
