After 20 years of working as a chef at the Tuscan Table and La Cucina, Jose Martinez brings his love of Mexican cuisine to Boonton, NJ and is looking forward to becoming a staple in the community!
Meet the Business Owner
Jose has been a chef in Denville for the last 20 years at various restaurants.
He brings with him the lessons he learned from watching his mother, sister, and grandmother in the kitchen growing up in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.
Keeping to his roots Jose brings you authentic Mexican.
