so glad i found them!! they were one of the only ones to respond to me about fixing my through wall air conditioner. the team was so great and worked above and beyond to fix what was a very poor installation by the previous owner of my apartment. they were truly a lifesaver and so reasonable! highly recommend.

all i can say is amazing! thanks fantastic job! you went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for the customer. staff was very helpful! their professionalism is unmatched. i am extremely pleased with the service i received. it’s nice dealing with a company who can give us personal service.

my visit at merchant's air conditioning & heating was the best experience i've ever had with a salon. i'm the kind of woman who demands to be seen within 10 minutes of my arrival time and the thought of spending hours on a hair style is unimaginable. i always bring snacks and a novel to pass the time. but the 3 hour appointment was extremely comfortable and pleasant. i was welcomed immediately and taken to meet the stylist who would provide me with a wonderful experience and a lasting protective style that has surpassed my expectations. it was as if i just had a lovely gathering with a group of fun women and left looking fabulous! the space is most comfortable and so beautiful.

i was very happy with the merchant's air conditioning & heating did on my new home. they were very professional, knowledgeable, worked efficiently, and were so helpful with all of my questions i had since i have never had to deal with replacing a whole heating and air system. highly recommend them!
