Damean Searle graduated Summa Cum Laude from California State University, Chico in 1999. With 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry, he has worked both in the wholesale and retail segments. Damean has a firm grasp of all residential lending programs, including first\-time homebuyers, vacation homes, investment property financing, and jumbo mortgage financing. He can even assist with portfolio loan programs for scenarios that do not fit conventional, FHA, USDA, or VA loan programs.
