Our Chefs prepare our food fresh daily for your enjoyment. We don’t chase the next “fad” in food, rather we serve Wheat + Waters versions of the classic Italian dishes inspired from the various regions of Italy.
FRESH PASTA
Our pasta is imported from Italy or made fresh depending on the sauce that is used for the dish. Our soup and sauces are made fresh in-house and you will be able to taste the difference with every bite!
We use artisanal cured meats and choice aged steak and chops that are char-grilled to perfection.
CRAFT BEERS
We also serve regional craft beers and inspired hand crafted cocktails to enjoy with our Pizzas or Italian inspired Starters.
