Dr. Armas is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He is certified in advanced laparoscopic surgery by the Accreditation Council for Gynecologic Endoscopy. He is a member of the Florida Obstetric and Gynecologic Society and the North America Society of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology.
Currently, Dr. Armas is the President of Women's Care Florida.
Dr. Armas has a special interest in laparoscopic surgery, surgery for female urinary incontinence, advanced pelvic reconstruction surgery for pelvic organ prolapse, and pediatric and adolescent gynecology.
