Lathem Tool & Machine Inc. is owned and operated by Doug Lathem. Doug has worked in the machining industry since 1966, working for several different companies, working as a tool maker, designer, and manufacturing engineer.
Once retired, Doug decided to open up his own shop with his son, Dale, as Vice-president. The father-son combo brings a blend of experience that can fulfill any job. Their experience allows for the customer to be able to choose either the old fashion way or the newer modern way.
