St. Patrick's Home Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is a non-profit facility that has provided care for the aged since 1931. The Home is located in the northwest section of the Bronx, bordering scenic Van Cortlandt Park. Sharing in the Ministry of the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, the dedicated staff provides Long and Short-term Care to the elderly. The 264 bed skilled nursing facility offers a warm, welcoming, home-like environment for residents. The warmth and hospitality of the Home is nurtured by the sisters, staff, family, and volunteers.
