Mat was born and raised in the Midwest. He graduated from Hillsdale College and lives in the Milwaukee area. His wife works as a Physician Assistant in the emergency department for the Froedtert Health network, and together they are raising their three young daughters. He has always been passionate about owning his own business, taking care of his employees, and committing to excellence in all he does.
