My charges for Handyman services: $50 per hour (min 2 hrs).
Plus $15 for any additional small tasks.
For hanging items (Pictures and Curtain Rods) $50 per hour (min 2 hrs). Plus $10 per regular item Hanging.
Large / Heavy pictures, mirrors and TV will be extra.
Window A.C installation will be $95 per installation. multiple A.C we can negotiate.
Furniture Assembly $50 per hour (min 2 hrs). plus $15 per each item assembled.
Bathroom caulking $125 per bathroom.
