About

As a certified psychotherapist, I help individuals who find themselves "spinning wheels" or "outright stuck" at their prime years, between ages 25 and 45, to finally develop the life of their dreams.

Using a sweet mix of acceptance and change, I guide them in confronting hurdles from within or from their environment and lead them towards the life they silently envision.
My practical approach starts with creating a space where someone can bravely dare to dream and look into their inner self to identify their true values so the hurdles pay of itself.

I am known for my compassion yet no-nonsense style and using an abundance of courage.
