Meet Dr. Farland
Rosalyn McFarland, DNP, RN, APNP, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the CEO and Founder of MyNP Eccentric IV Hydration Services, located in Brown Deer, Wisconsin. At the IV therapy clinic, Dr. McFarland gives patients access to the numerous health benefits of IV vitamin therapy, from hangover help to erectile dysfunction treatment, Dr. McFarland has been a Family Nurse practitioner for 13-plus years and a Registered Nurse for 18 plus years.
She is the author of a peer-reviewed journal CME article “Early Identification of Pancreatic Cancer,” featured in the Clinician Reviews peer-reviewed journal. She has presented podium and poster presentations locally and nationally on various healthcare-related topics. She was featured in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel for her involvement in integrating primary care into a behavioral health care setting.
She is a Fellow of the 2018-2019 Duke Johnson & Johnson Nurse Leadership Program. Dr. McFarland is the recipient of the Milwaukee Business Journal 2016, 40 under 40 Award; Milwaukee Times 2017, Corporate Trailblazer Black Excellence Award; and the 2016 American Association of Nurse Practitioners State Advocate Award.
She is the CEO and Founder of the Wisconsin Association of Nurse Practitioners. Dr. McFarland is a member of various professional organizations, including the Wisconsin APRN Coalition, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and Wisconsin Nurses Association. Dr. McFarland is a graduate of Milwaukee Area Technical College, Alverno College, and Concordia University Wisconsin.
