International Plastic Bag Free Day is celebrated on July 3rd to promote the elimination of single-use plastic and the importance of recycling and composting plastic waste. Do you bring your own bags when you shop? “I keep reusable bags in my car at all times, I find it much easier to use them since they are strong, not flimsy, and last forever.” -Andrea We take care at our office to reuse or recycle plastic bags, Carla will take any extras we bring in for her and use them with her community outreach group. We try to make a small impact every day, the small things add up when everyone works together!
