Board-certified surgeon Diana Peterman, MD, treats a wide variety of surgical issues, including ailments in the abdomen, breast, skin and soft tissue. With a childhood love for biology and a thirst for knowledge, the path to becoming a surgeon was a clear choice for Dr. Peterman. She is honored to be part of the Breast Care Center team.
Dr. Peterman earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University and completed her general surgery residency at Prisma Health Upstate in South Carolina.
She operates with the understanding that every patient is different and requires a treatment plan unique to their circumstances.
