Established in 2000, Mohican Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation (MSM or MSMR), a physical therapist-owned practice providing contract rehabilitative services to outpatient clinics, hospitals, schools, nursing homes, home health agencies, and MR/DD facilities. It is the mission of MSM to provide the highest quality therapy services available. We strive to provide friendly, efficient and skillful treatments which maximize functional outcome of the patient, and provide education to patients, families and facilities we serve.
