Our experience started out ok. Took a few days to get back to us but that was ok. Then they were two days late to drop the dumpster and that was actually ok as they had some mechanical issues. They did end up delivering the can and I filled out the paperwork. At the end they wanted me to put all my credit card information including the cvc number on the paper. I ask the driver if the office could call me as I wasn’t comfortable having my credit card information written where anyone could steal it. That just is not good business especially because we have been dealing with people stealing our information and charging $1000 that we are still working on trying to get back. He said the office would call me. When they called I assumed it was to get the credit card information but she said sorry we are on our way to pick up the dumpster because I didn’t write down my credit card information on the paper.
