Yoga by Kathy Zawadzki is a full service yoga studio dedicated to clients to prvide a healthy meaningful experience. Kathy is a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor with over 10 years of teaching experience. Our classes focus on improving flexibility, centering, strengthening, focus and concentration, balance and stress reduction. Monday- 6-7pm Tuesday- 9am-12pm and 6-7 pm Wednesday- Closed Thursday- 9am-12pm and 6-7pm Friday- Closed Saturday- 9am-12pm
