Are you living your best life? If not, what is getting in the way? I believe a major part of psychological health is having the tools to live life with greater freedom and possibility. I can professionally assist you in that process.
Hopefully in our work together you will notice improved interpersonal relationships, increased insight, ability to make more informed choices, freedom from the past including childhood, and symptom (i.e., depression/anxiety) reduction.
It is my hope you will feel safe and secure in our relationship to explore issues hindering you from living a fully engaged and authentic life.
My education includes a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and 2-year certificate in Adult Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. I look forward to meeting you.
