I’m a UK + US dual-certified obstetrician-gynecologist and medical acupuncturist with additional training in high-risk pregnancy and whole person health. I’m actively board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM), medical acupuncture and Integrative Medicine.I’m passionate about supporting patients at all stages of their pregnancy journey, from pre-conception to postpartum and beyond. I practice both general Obstetrics and full-spectrum MFM, including prenatal diagnosis and management of complex medical disorders (whether pre-existing or developing for the first time during pregnancy). My approach to care is holistic, evidence-based and collaborative. I partner with my patients to explore any or all appropriate conventional and complementary treatment options to mitigate disease, promote health and support wellbeing.As Medical Director of Labor and Delivery and the antepartum/postpartum unit at the University of Vermont Medical Center, I’m also committed to optimizing the patient experience and fostering a culture that prioritizes quality and safety while fully respecting individual autonomy.
