This place is a wonderful example of why small business works best for consumers, especially when it comes to all computer related products and support. Every product I've bought here has been suited to my needs and for any followup issues a phone call puts me in direct contact with the person who's going to be fixing the problem. This is a great place for anyone who hates being placed on hold for extended periods of time or having to pay a membership fee just to get help in the first place. I don't buy a computer or laptop anywhere else anymore
