Christal Waller is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in women’s health and family medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama, followed by her master’s in nursing administration and Post-Master’s Certificate in Women’s Health from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Inspired by her mother and driven by a deep, God-given love for helping others, Christal began her career in healthcare. As a provider, she finds joy in making people feel better and building meaningful relationships with her patients. She believes in the power of connection, using eye contact, a listening ear, warm touch, and a smile to build trust and respect. Christal stays active in her community through her involvement with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, her church, and her high school alumni group. She also supports the theater and arts and chairs the Being Fit for the Kingdom Women’s Health Ministry committee, which helps to raise awareness about global and community health issues. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends in addition to dancing, walking, watching movies, and cheering on the San Francisco 49ers.
