I invite clients to explore their problems by working to create a safe, accepting environment. Believing that a problem holds the key to its solution, I try to help clients hear what they are saying and pay attention to the way they see things. I encourage clients to say what they think and feel so they can accept where they are, see the possibility of change, and take the risk of acting different. I welcome people to talk about every aspect of their lives -- their physical symptoms, emotions, dreams, choices, and values.
