JC Property Group offers wholesaling. We write an offer for a given property and ask for 30 days to find a cash buyer. This called having a property under contract. We then are able to assign (or sell) that contract to a cash buyer. The cash buyer must be able to close escrow in 7 business days of opening of escrow. Cash buyers must provide Proof of Funds in order to get the subject property address. Then the owner must make arrangements for inspection by the buyer or agent of buyer (usually a 3 day window).
