In operation for more than 30 years, Innovative Industries is a nonprofit, educational charity organization that offers a range of rehabilitative services. It provides a variety of job training services and work opportunities for individuals with mental and physical disabilities. Innovative Industries administers a sheltered workshop program that is licensed by the Missouri State Department of Elementary & Secondary Education. The organization also offers a range of assembling and packaging services. Innovative Industries is a member of the Missouri Association of Sheltered Workshop Managers and the Carthage Chamber of Commerce.
